Council passed all 3 readings of Bylaw No. 5/23 – A Bylaw to Establish Property Tax Discounts and Penalties, at the October 18th, 2023 Council Meeting. This bylaw will increase the penalty on tax arrears from 1% to 2% starting January 1, 2024.
