PUBLIC NOTICE
RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF SHERWOOD NO. 159
Intention of Council to consider a bylaw with respect to the closing and selling of an undeveloped road (highlighted in red on the attached Sketch).
Per Section 128(1) of The Municipalities Act, notice is hereby given that Council has the intention to consider permanently closing and selling a municipal road, legal description St/L 1-Plan 81R53064 Ext 0, pursuant to Section 13 of The Municipalities Act.
Any person claiming to be affected prejudicially by the proposed bylaw or that person’s agent can be heard at the next Regular Council Meeting at 5:30PM, Wednesday, May 10, 2023 in Council Chambers at the RM of Sherwood Office located at 4400 Campbell Street in Regina.
