RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF SHERWOOD NO. 159
Proposed Bylaw No. 07/19 to amend the Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 16/16 and Bylaw No. 08/19 to amend the Zoning Bylaw No. 18/17 in the RM of Sherwood No. 159
Public notice is hereby given that the RM of Sherwood No. 159 intends to adopt bylaws under The Planning and Development Act, 2007 to amend Bylaw No. 16/16, known as the Official Community Plan and the Zoning Bylaw No. 18/17.
Bylaw No. 07/19 intends to:
Append a Concept Plan as a schedule to the Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 16/16 for a Rural Residential subdivision located within the NE 13-16-19 W2M and the SE 24-16-19 W2M. The Concept Plan provides a detailed development framework for the area within the bold dashed line shown below.
Bylaw No. 08/19 is intended to amend Bylaw No. 18/17 as follows:
Zoning District Map 9 is amended by rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Rural Residential District (RR) all land within the bold dashed line on the Plan of Proposed Subdivision below:
Public Inspection: Any person may inspect the proposed bylaws at the RM of Sherwood Office between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays. Copies are available at cost. The bylaws are also available on the RM of Sherwood website:
Public Hearing: Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, September 11th, 2019 at 5:30 pm in the Council Chambers at the RM of Sherwood Office to hear any person or group who wishes to comment on the proposed bylaws. Council will also consider written comments received at the hearing or delivered to the undersigned at the RM of Sherwood office before the hearing.
