Notice of Preparation of Assessment Roll
RM of Sherwood No. 159
Pursuant to subsection 217(1) of The Municipalities Act, notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the Rural Municipality of Sherwood No. 159 for the year 2026 has been prepared and is open to inspection of the Assessor during regular office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the following days:
Monday to Friday from April 10, 2026 to May 11, 2026, excluding statutory holidays
A bylaw pursuant to section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed and the assessment notices have been sent as required.
Any person wishing to discuss the notice of assessment or potential appeal may contact the Assessor at the Rural Municipality of Sherwood No. 159, PO Box 40029 Grasslands PO, 4400 Campbell St., Regina, SK, S4W 0L3. A notice of appeal, accompanied by an appeal fee which will be returned if the appeal is successful, must be filed with the:
