Municipal Office – Visitor Guidelines Including Mandatory Mask Policy

The Municipal Office has reopened to the public; please note that effective Friday, November 6, 2020, masks will be mandatory to enter the Municipal Office in accordance with the latest Public Health Order. This shall apply to staff and visitors in order to help stop the spread of Covid-19. Visitors to the Municipal office will not be permitted beyond the front entry – as such, restrooms remain closed until further notice and all in person meetings will be rescheduled/moved online where possible.

We ask that you kindly wait outside if there are more than 2 visitors in the office when you arrive. For your convenience we have added clear markings around the office and in council chambers to help identify the appropriate spacing between visitors. Ratepayers may continue to use online banking or drop payments in the Drop Box located at the main doors of the municipal office. We encourage you to conduct business via phone or email whenever possible. Our staff will continue to monitor phone and email messages and return them in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience.
