Due to occupancy limitations in the RM Council Chambers, media representatives with credentials and delegations that were received according to the Council Procedures bylaw will have first access. Any remaining chairs may be filled by delegations received after the deadline with general public access to be available if there are any remaining seats.

Should the RM Council accept the late delegation requests, any delegations that are not able to be accommodated in the Council Chambers will be called on when it is their time to speak.
