Where a landowner/operator has piled snow in drainage ditches or on top of culverts, all costs to remove snow and ice to allow drainage to operate properly will be invoiced to the landowner.

Please clear any snow placed in RM roadways/drainage ditches prior to spring thaw to avoid these costs.
