Infrastructure Servicing Strategy

The RM of Sherwood faces development pressures across the municipality for residential, commercial and industrial land use. In response, the RM has prepared the following Infrastructure Servicing Strategy which calls for focused development based on what is regarded as the three pillars of integrated development: land suitability, land marketability and land serviceability. This premise provides the rationale for the recommendations concerning the type and location of future development within the municipality and will hopefully serve as a guide to decision-making on the part of not only the RM of Sherwood Council, but the City of Regina and the Province of Saskatchewan as well.  The entire Infrastructure Servicing Strategy Report can be viewed by clicking the link below.
