Prior to submitting an application to the Ministry of Government relations, potential applicants are encouraged to obtain support for their application from the R.M. of Sherwood Council.

The R. M. of Sherwood Council requires information such as concept plans for the subdivided land, proposals for servicing agreements with the developer, indication of possible future bylaw amendments, etc.
